La canción está incluida en el nuevo disco de Eminem y habla sobre una relación de pareja en la que el amor dulce y rosa se convierte repentinamente en golpes y gritos. Se trata de una viviencia personal del rapero con su ex esposa Kim.

Para la grabación del video, Eminem decidió invitar a Rihanna, cantante que apenas hace un año vivió una situación similar a la que se narra en la letra con su ex novio Chris Brown, quien la golpeó mientras viajaban en un auto rumbo a una premiación.

El rapero Eminem ha admitido que a menudo piensa en su propia muerte. En una entrevista con Vibe, el rapero revelaba que sus problemas de salud en el pasado y la adicción a las drogas han hecho de él una persona obsesionada con la idea de morir.
